Our tree's are displayed under tents to keep them fresh and of out sun, also our customers can shop in the dry on rainy and snowy days

Johnson City Location - Our pre-cut retail lot has moved from Oakland Avenue to 440 Okolona Rd. This location has both pre-cut and Choose & Cut trees.

New Choose & Cut tree lot located in Johnson City. This is our second year opening, we are open seven days a week from 9:00 to 9:00. The Roan Valley retail location is located beside The Ole Barn Restuarant. After choosing your Christmas tree, you may want to enjoy a family style meal with us.


The Choose & Cut tree lot is located on 440 Okolona Rd. Johnson City, TN.

Small - Medium Trees 3' to 8' = $7 foot
Large Trees 8' to 9' = $9 foot
